METASEARCH SERVICE AGREEMENT

Hotel Linkage MetaSearch Services

This MetaSearch Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Parties identified below. By executing this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the MetaSearch Service Terms.

MANDATORY PLATFORM FEE

The following fee applies to all Meta Search Services regardless of selected models or channels.

SERVICE MODEL SELECTION

Select one or more service models. Each model has different fee structures and requirements.

Management Fee
Cost Per Acquisition: You pay only for confirmed bookings. Hotel Linkage collects platform commissions (minimum 10% varies by channel) and remits to respective platforms on your behalf. Hotel Linkage management fee 1.8% applies to all reservations.
CPC Model

Management Fee
Cost Per Click: Hotel Linkage collects minimum $250/month media budget per channel from you and remits to respective platforms on your behalf. Hotel Linkage charges 11% management fee on actual booking revenue generated through these campaigns for optimization and management.

Management Fee
Target Return on Ad Spend: Google Hotel Ads exclusive. Hotel Linkage collects minimum $250/month media budget from you and remits to Google on your behalf. Hotel Linkage charges 1.8% management fee on actual booking revenue for automated bidding strategy and performance optimization.

MetaSearch Service Terms

This Agreement is subject to the full MetaSearch Service Terms, which include detailed provisions regarding commission structure, cumulative attribution, payment terms, reconciliation, platform changes, hotel obligations, termination, liability limitation, confidentiality, data protection, and governing law.
